There are just two games left in the Jürgen Klopp era, meaning that it will soon come to an end. It would be an understatement to suggest that the manager and the club share a sense of respect, given that he called Liverpool a “special” club during his very first press conference at Anfield. And last Thursday’s incident, in which Liverpool-born artist Abigail Rudkin went viral after accepting an invitation to meet the Liverpool manager, perfectly encapsulated that. On her Twitter/X page alone, the pair’s video, which Klopp requested, has received 1.7 million views. Her post on Instagram read, “My biggest success in life is getting four hugs from Klopp in one day!” “I managed to bring up during a female empowerment event I did with the LFC Foundation that  that trying to get Jürgen to view some of my artwork was my main goal for the year,” Rudkin tells Liverpool.com. “Thank goodness, I was able to have everything sorted by someone from the LFC Foundation. It was incredible that the next thing I know, I was taking my artwork down to see Jürgen! I had no idea he would be able to view my artwork. I’ve been painting unique moments that he has brought to us as a self-employed artist for approximately four years, so it was incredible that I could finally present him a large painting about his time at Liverpool in honor of him.
