Report: Verified Liverpool starting lineup versus Aston Villa: Robertson is out.

Jurgen Klopp has made a single alteration to his Liverpool starting XI for his final away game in charge, with an 8 pm kickoff at Aston Villa.

After a strong showing against Tottenham in their previous outing, Klopp’s team aims to maintain momentum against another side vying for fourth place. Although Liverpool is officially out of the title race, they are guaranteed to finish no lower than third. Their motivation for a positive end to the season now centers on honoring the manager’s departure.

Alisson marks his 200th Premier League appearance tonight, anchoring a defensive line composed of Trent Alexander-Arnold, Jarell Quansah, Virgil van Dijk, and Joe Gomez. Wataru Endo, Harvey Elliott, and Alexis Mac Allister form the midfield trio, while the forward line features Mohamed Salah, Luis Diaz, and the in-form Cody Gakpo.

Andy Robertson is absent from the squad due to a missed training session, with Darwin Nunez, Dominik Szoboszlai, and Ryan Gravenberch among the available substitutes.

Liverpool Starting XI: Alisson; Alexander-Arnold, Quansah, Van Dijk, Gomez; Endo, Elliott, Mac Allister; Salah, Diaz, Gakpo

Substitutes: Kelleher, Konate, Bradley, Tsimikas, Bajcetic, Jones, Szoboszlai, Gravenberch, Nunez
