Tottenham join  Liverpool in race for £22m forward

Tottenham Hotspur, Arsenal, Liverpool, and Manchester United are poised for active transfer windows. Spurs under Ange Postecoglou are laying foundations but need further squad improvement for competitiveness. Arsenal seeks reinforcement after a title push, while Liverpool aims for a strong squad under Arne Slot. Manchester United faces the task of addressing a disappointing season.

All four clubs, along with Manchester City, are eyeing 22-year-old forward Yuito Suzuki, available for £22 million. Suzuki, from Danish club Brondby and Japan’s U-23 team, attracted attention with 11 goals and nine assists in 30 appearances.

Scouts from Tottenham, Manchester United, Manchester City, Milan, Ajax, Espanyol, and Stuttgart observed Suzuki, indicating widespread interest. Valued at around €25 million (£22 million), Suzuki’s potential has impressed, with Brondby’s coach praising his unique qualities and technique.

Brondby may consider selling Suzuki to capitalize on Premier League interest, potentially making a substantial profit.
