A woman under investigation in Brazil for homicide shares the same name as Alisson Becker’s wife, Natalia Becker, leading to false accusations against the Liverpool goalkeeper’s partner.

Natalia Fabiana de Freitas Antonio runs a beauty clinic called Studio Natalia Becker in Sao Paulo, Brazil. She reportedly turned herself in to authorities on Wednesday following the death of a client, Henrique Silva Chagas, 27, who suffered suspected anaphylactic shock after an alleged allergic reaction during a phenol peel treatment at the clinic on Monday.

Initially reported to have left the clinic after emergency services were called, Fabiana de Freitas Antonio, 29, later claimed to be ill and on her way to the hospital before surrendering to authorities for questioning.

The Civil Police are now investigating the incident, initially classified as a suspicious death, as a ‘homicide’.

Following the tragedy, Brazilian gossip sites published images of Natalia Becker, who has been married to Alisson for nine years, sparking speculation about her involvement. Mrs. Becker, a qualified doctor, clarified on her Instagram Stories that it was a case of mistaken identity, emphasizing that she had no connection to the incident.

Fabiana de Freitas Antonio also owns clinics in Rio de Janeiro and Goiania.
