I can relate to the temptation of a Saudi Pro League transfer because I only left Liverpool for financial gain.

Kevin De Bruyne has acknowledged that he might consider moving to Saudi Arabia, amidst interest in a few Liverpool players. One notable Liverpool figure has also made a statement.

De Bruyne revealed earlier this week in an interview with HLN that he would contemplate a move to Saudi Arabia. However, there is no indication that Mohamed Salah or Alisson Becker are considering leaving Liverpool. Both players are performing at their peak, and with Liverpool set to return to the Champions League next season, it would be surprising if either were seriously considering an exit.

“I don’t hold anything against Lionel Messi or Cristiano Ronaldo for their career choices — they’ve earned it. Messi’s move to Miami, a Latin city, makes sense for his family’s happiness. Similarly, if De Bruyne were to move to Saudi Arabia, I wouldn’t have any issues with it.”

Liverpool.com comments: Despite his recent injuries, De Bruyne remains an exceptional player. Only Cole Palmer and Ollie Watkins had more assists than De Bruyne in the Premier League last season, even though he only started 15 matches due to a hamstring injury that sidelined him for most of the first half of the season.
