First Exchanges: Former Pitt QB joins Bills prior to Steelers sessions; Martavis Bryant has an additional workout

A former Pitt Panther has been suiting up for the Buffalo Bills ahead of their joint practice with the Pittsburgh Steelers on Thursday, according to information from Tuesday’s “First Call.” A second look at former Steeler Martavis Bryant is being considered by an NFC team. Deshaun Watson, the quarterback for the Cleveland Browns, is the subject of some health-related news. Additionally, the Steelers want to increase the depth at edge rusher.

Before playing on Saturday, the Steelers and Bills will have a combined practice on the North Shore on Thursday. In order to fill in for Shane Buechele, who suffered a neck injury during Saturday’s preseason game against the Chicago Bears, Buffalo selected DiNucci. He is behind Josh Allen and former Steeler Mitch Trubisky on the depth chart. DiNucci was worked out by the Steelers prior to the start of training camp. A 2016 graduate of Pine-Richland High School, DiNucci spent the next three seasons as a Panther after initially committing to Penn. He featured in 12 games and started six.
