The Truth is out: NY Jet have send serious message of warning to Haason Reddick…. To big

Despite a protracted holdout, the NY Jets give Haason Reddick a clear message.

Star pass rusher Haason Reddick is still missing from the NY Jets’ season opener against the San Francisco 49ers, which is less than two weeks away. When asked about the prolonged holdout of his highly valued offseason

acquisition, Reddick received a very clear message from Jets general manager Joe Douglas, who made his first public appearance with media in months on Thursday.

The Jets are “waiting for [Reddick’s] arrival,” Douglas said reporters prior to having any direct contract negotiations. Negotiations with Reddick will not begin until he reports to the team facilities, according to the Jets. After restating his admiration for Reddick and his representative, Douglas insisted that “the ball is in their court.” Additionally, the general manager of the Jets informed reporters that he hasn’t spoken with Reddick or his agent recently. Douglas further states that the Jets have no intention of trading him, therefore the team is not going to back down from its position. Still, there’s not much hope for him to turn up before Week 1 given that the two parties haven’t even exchanged messages.
