Club has “reached an agreement” to sign Fulham player; a three-year deal is being considered.

We discussed Turkish reports on Monday indicating that Beşiktaş has designated Fulham’s Kenny Tete as a target for a transfer. The 28-year- old ‘s contract with Marco Silva’s team expires in June, and the Istanbul team intends to sign him in the summer on a free transfer. Beşiktaş of Sabah has started decisive action to acquire the defender from Fulham in the upcoming transfer window. The Black Eagles fired manager Fernando Santos earlier this month, and they haven’t yet named a replacement. Despite this, they are still making plans for the summer window in order to field a competitive team the next season.

The Fulham center back and the Turkish team’s management have “reached an agreement,” with the center back joining as a free agent in the summer. The Dutchman is alleged to have “said yes” to Beşiktaş’s offer of a three-year contract. Sabah reports that Tete may sign the agreement in a “short time” if all goes according to plan. The two parties are currently working out the last details. Tete was signed by Fulham from Lyon in 2020 and given a four-year contract with a one-year option. It’s important to note that rumors surfaced this week in the Netherlands regarding Tete’s potential return to Ajax, where he was raised.
